Processing and Delivery All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the specific product page. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected carrier's services.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

Title and Risk of Loss Please be aware that title and risk of loss pass to the customer as soon as the carrier receives the package. XXCLUSIVE HATS is not liable for items that are delayed, lost, or damaged in transit once handed over to the shipping provider.

Returns and Order Issues All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
